Spring Snuggles
Thanks to all of you who came out to our mud season event at the Corinth Town Hall on Saturday night - good food, good company and amazing music from The Rough and Tumble made for an inspiring evening. After a long winter it was so wonderful to see you all and to bask in the glow of live local music and farm raised food. We are all so excited for the season to come! Look for another town hall event later this month on April 18 - more details next week!
Speaking of exciting - our line up for this first week of April is not to be missed!
ALL WEEK: We have our own baby kale and spinach. We are also stocked with carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, cabbages, garlic, potatoes, onions, greens and Long Wind salad greens and tomatoes. As always, we have a full selection of our pastured meats, eggs, local milk, yogurt and cheeses; and goodies galore from Marilyn's Kitchen.
Violas from our friends at Honeyfeild Farm and Pussy Willows from Green Reaper Farm will surely help chase away the winter blues. If the Easter Bunny comes your way we have Vermont made chocolates and jelly beans too.
FRIDAY is PITA NIGHT: Our Take Out Menu hails from the Mediterranean! We will be serving up rice bowls or wraps in a homemade pita with your choice of falafel, lamb shawarma, hummus, tahini, and tzatziki.
Stop by between 5 and 6:30 and grab a delicious and easy dinner to take home!
SATURDAY Morning : From 10-12we will have some visitors from the farm! Bring the kids and join us for lamb snuggling, natural Easter egg dyeing, and a special surprise cake.
