Longest Days
It’s almost the summer solstice and we are rolling along - long days make for tired farmers but this gorgeous rainbow chard says it all - what a gorgeous time of year!
We will be stocked with arugula, lettuce mix, spinach, rainbow chard, broccolini, broccoli, cabbages, greenhouse cukes and radishes.
As always, we have a full selection of our pastured meats, eggs, local milk, yogurt and cheeses plus goodies galore from Marilyn's Kitchen. Freshly baked bread is available on Wednesday and Friday afternoons. You can also pick up bread on Saturday mornings.
Summer is here folks! We are now taking reservations for PIZZA NIGHT ! Music this week features the return of the high-energy Celtic band Footworks, a Vermont-based group that blends powerful rhythms and red-hot fiddling.
