Big Stuff
Many of you have heard already but we wanted t to be sure to share here that we will be working with the Thetford Center Community Trust to bring back the Thetford Village Store. This process will take at least two years but the excitement around the project is truly electric and we are honored to be a part of it. The new space will be alot like our Cookeville location with a farm store, kitchen and Farm to Take Out meals but we will have seating so folks can sit and chat with a neighbor, eat a bowl of hot soup on a cold day and soak in the warm, welcoming vibes you know we love to create!
One super important this to say loudly and clearly is that our Cookeville Market and Pizza Nights in Corinth are here to stay. We are not leaving - simply spreading the love.
In the meantime…. This week we have carrots, beets, parsnips, sweet potatoes, cabbages, garlic, potatoes, onions, local fresh greens, Long Wind Tomatoes, a full selection of our pastured meats, eggs, local milk, yogurt and cheeses and goodies galore from Marilyn's Kitchen.
On Saturday we will have fresh bread from Bright Sun Kitchen in Bradford. We will be back with our own wood-fired loaves when it warms up. Bright Sun makes a lovely loaf and we are excited to offer this local treat!
Friday Burger Night is BACK by popular demand! We will have our made-to-order Farm-Raised Burgers and smoked chicken wings for sale from 5:00-6:00 pm. We also have veggie burgers. Pick up dinner and head home after a long cold week!
