Taking in the View

We have been making ALOT of hay lately - the past few days in particular. Keelan and Wendell have been amazing - putting in some seriously long days.  The other day I stopped to bring Wendell some food and water towards the end of a very long day. He was tedding a huge field on a hillside with an incredible view (we were too busy and  tired to get any good photos). Wendell was tired but cherry and said, “Mom - just look at how beautiful it is here - I get to be here all day!”

The Cookeville Market will be stocked with arugula, lettuce mix, kale, rainbow chard,  broccolini, cukes, summer squashes, scallions, carrots and radishes.

As always, we have a full selection of our pastured meats and eggs, local milk, yogurt and cheeses plus goodies galore from Marilyn's Kitchen. Freshly baked bread is available on Friday afternoons. You can also pick up bread on Saturday mornings.

PIZZA NIGHT Music this week features The Honey Badgers - The Honey Badgers - a folk duo featuring thoughtful lyrics, fun fiddle solos, and sparkling harmonies. New to pizza night - we are so excited to hear The Honey Badgers!

To make a reservation call the farm at the number below or email Margaret with PIZZA NIGHT in the subject line.

We will be back at the Chelsea Farmer’s Market on Friday from 3pm-6pm.
