Off And Running!

Cora and Beck rocked the installation of our new caterpillar tunnel last week (drive by the farm and you can see where the name comes from). We went from snow cover to fully constructed and planted with kale, chard, scallions and other spring goodies in just one week.  Yahoo!

Baby Lettuce will be back at the Cookeville Market this week along with baby spinach, baby kale, mesclun mix, microgreens,, broccoli rabe, super sweet over-wintered parsnips, beets and carrots. As always, we will be stocked with grocery staples, local milk, yogurt and cheeses, fresh goodies from Marilyn and a freezer full of our very own pastured meats.

Shake off the winter doldrums this Saturday Night! ! The Corinth Coffee House returns with A FREE CONCERT at the Corinth Town Hall with Turnip Truck!  Doors Open at 6:30 Music at 7. We will be selling dinner if you need it - a BBQ feast - so come hungry!  

This week is our last Burger Night of the season- stop by after 4 and pick up a freshly grilled burger with all the fixings. We also have honey BBQ or Buffalo Style chicken wings . It's a great way to end the week!
