Look what we are doing on these cold, snowy days! Our Greenhouses are cozy, lush and green and we have loads of beautiful produce ! Winter growing is pure magic.
We will have spinach, kale, rainbow chard, baby greens, fall braising mix, brussel sprouts, cabbages, carrots, assorted winter squash, leeks, broccoli, broccolini, cauliflower, garlic, apples, apple cider, sweet potatoes, parsnips and potatoes!
We always have treats from Marilyn, local cheese, our pastured eggs, and our farm-raised meats. So many reasons to come on down to the Cookeville Market!

It's time to Pre-order your Pies and Sides......
The Kitchen will be cooking up some scrumptious sides for your holiday table and they are available to pre-order at the market this week - Butternut Squash with Bacon and Brown Sugar, Sweet Potato Souffle with Maple Mergainge, Green Bean Casserole with Local Mushrooms, And a fabulous Take and Bake Boston Post Brie for your appetizers!
Marilyn's Kitchen is also getting in on the holiday preorder action and will have pies, seasoned stuffing bread, pumpkin cheesecake and her knock your socks off cranberry sauce.
