It's Mother's Day! We have pies and sweet rolls from Marilyn's Kitchen for pre-order at the Cookeville Market. Order deadline is the end of the day on Thursday and pick up for all of Mom's treats will be on Saturday.
Saturday 10am to 2pm (or until sold out): Come have fun creating a custom bouquet from our Flower Bar - a kid friendly activity for Mother's Day! Jig-Bee Flower Farm will be at the market hosting a pay per stem bouquet building activity for kids and adults. Select from Corinth grown tulips and daffodils to make your special bouquet and we will wrap up your creation making a beautiful gift for your loved one or yourself !
The Cookeville Market will be stocked with arugula, baby lettuce and spinach, mesclun mix, super sweet overwintered parsnips, carrots and radishes. As always, we will be stocked with grocery staples, local milk, yogurt and cheeses, fresh goodies from Marilyn and a freezer full of our very own pastured meats - including beef which is back this week from the butcher!
Save the Date for our Five Year Anniversary Party! Hard to believe - the market opened five years ago and we will be celebrating with a BBQ on May 17th from 12-3. Burgers, Brats and Salads fresh from the farm!
