Such a late Spring and such an early Garlic Harvest - it's ready a week or more earlier than usual! Go figure. The best part of farming is that you really do learn something new every day.
This week we are hosting The Pillsbury Slow Boys and Bent Hill Brewery at Pizza Night and looking forward to the return of the Shiitake Mushroom! The folks at Springtail Farm have hooked us up and we are super excited!
Summer crops are coming along nicely - we should see ripe tomatoes next week!
