Mexico, Fair Trade, Organic
Grown in the mountains of Mexico's southern most state of Chiapas, coffees here produce a delicate cup with a balanced body, medium acidity, and fruity flavors. This roast is on the lighter end of the spectrum in both flavor intensity and body.
Cupping Notes: Toffee, Cocoa, Nutty, Creamy
Papua New Guinea, Organic
Small estate farms paired with extremely fertile soil in the central highlands yield a coffee that is truly unique to southeast Asia. This region produces a highly enjoyable and balanced cup, look for sweetness up front with a nutty finish.
Cupping Notes: Milk Chocolate, Butterscotch, Dried Pear
Brazil Fair Trade
Producing roughly one-third of the world’s coffee, Brazil is the largest single coffee producer in the world. These beans have substantial body, mild acidity, and traditional earthy undertones. This coffee is best roasted on the far end of a medium roast or into a dark roast, this allows the nutty, toasty and sweet caramel flavors to fully develop.

Peru, Fair Trade Organic
The Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Divisoria is comprised of over 1000 members producing Fair Trade and organic certified micro lot coffees. A delight to drink, this is a smooth and mellow cup. Subtle almond and fruity notes are distinct and complemented well by a slightly acidic finish.

DECAF Colombia Organic Medium Roast
Chemical-free Mountain Water Process. After harvest, green beans are saturated in a water bath. This bath draws the caffeine from the beans through natural osmosis. Carbon filtering allows the extract to be reused with no chemical byproducts as a result of processing.
