t's time to braise and roast our favorite bitter, fall greens. We have radicchio and escarole as well as plenty of garlic and tomatoes this week. They will all be happy together with a little slow cooking, possibly some sausage and some pasta or even risotto. Can you tell we are ready for fall soups and stews? They are on the way next week when we turn to taters, leeks and other fall favorites. In the meantime, enjoy the corn and tomatoes from this last little burst of summer!
