Equal day and equal night and the steep slide into the darker days of the year! We have all the winter crops planted and are ready to begin slowing down a bit! In the meantime, fall weather makes us want to bake! We have been busy testing new breads - look for a Montreal style Pan Rustique next Friday......

The farm stand will be open Friday from 3-6 with our Gristmill Sourdough and Free Will Country Loaf. We will be stocked with fall favorites like kale, winter squash, brussel sprouts, spinach, fingerling potatoes and radishes.

Looks like possible frost this weekend - the Zinnias and Basil will be gone! Come get them while they last!

And... it's not too late to make hot sauce - we are swimming in hot peppers of all flavors and varieties.
